User photo upload rules
1. Pictures from one beach cannot be sent to another. Event pics must be taken at the Event area only, the same applies for Surf Breaks. Repeated misconduct will result in guilty parties having their Profile removed.
2. Do not take pictures of branding or any photo which is clearly attempting to advertise a brand. If you wish to advertise for free set-up your profile here.
3. We will not tolerate ambush marketing in our Event folders. Guilty parties will have their Profile removed.
4. No offensive photos or nudity. Guilty parties will have their Profile removed.
5. Event photo gallery pictures must be event related. Inappropriate irrelevant photos will be removed.
HINT: Every photo you send to your Surf Break will have your branding and contact information underneath so their is no need to include your establishments branding in your photos. If the photos are worth looking at your will get mileage you want.
Competitions
The judges decision on all competitions is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Every care will, however, be taken to ensure that all entries are judged in a fair and consistent manner.
Viewing Website Content
Sharesurf does its utmost to prevent any and all offensive material from entering the site. We strongly condemn such activity as we view it as a violation of people's rights. Should such material be sent to the site the mobile number or email address from which it came will be prevented from contributing further multimedia material.
Sharesurf strives at all times to ensure that images are clear and filed under the correct location. We unfortunately do not have control over what address multimedia content is sent to nor can we be held responsible for any time delay between when an image is taken and when it is sent. We thus will not be held responsible for any misleading photos published on the site.
We also cannot be held liable for any misconduct of community members or the quality and/or validity of the photos that are delivered to ShareSurf. We trust in the good faith of the Community providing the content and photos to us.
We cannot gaurantee photos will be available to send to you in an Email or RSS Report. This will depend on the photos sent by local business and the community and therefore at times you may not receive any Email Reports at all.
Privacy
We value your privacy and will not display or divulge any private information including email and cell number in this website except for that information which is displayed in you sponsor area. The information displayed in the Sponsor area includes your Profile Pic and Profile Name as an individual, and as a Business you will have your address, business name and tel number.
